Do you offer pre-order?
We do offer pre-order when we are about to launch a new product into the range.
This is normally when there is going to be a wait time for manuafacturing from our factory to the time of delivery.
For our customised casual wear the current turnaround is 5-10 business days from ordering to dispatch.
Refunds
Wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault. Once tags are removed it is the customers responsibility to care for their garments and any items which have been misused, damaged, mistreated, roughly handled or didn't follow the care instructions by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
How do I care for my leather jacket and pants or 1-piece suit ?
Leather is tough and resilient, but it isn’t impervious to damage. Leather needs to be treated with care, kept clean and protected from sweat, body oils, dust, stains, heat, UV light, and damage.
We sugesstion youiuse a good quality leather cleaner and then a conditioner.
What types of payment methods do you accept?
We offer direct deposit or PayPal or Pay Pal monthly payment scheme for Pay Pal account holders.
At indoor expos, outdoor events we except cash and major credits cards via Square eftpos.
My item is damaged, how can you help me?
Simply email us with a complete description of the damage with photos.
We ask that all the clothing labels are still attached and the item in its orginal condition so we can assist with your concerns.
How can I find more information about a specific item?
Emails us directly on info@girlrider.com.au
Here we can reply to your email and send additional information such as a M2M instructions chart to help with get the correct measurments for your order.
How do I process a return or exchange?
Simply email us with your concern with photos with all the clothing label still attached and the item in its orginal condition.There is no exchange or refund on made to measure orders.Due to the personalised/customised nature of our products, we do not accept any refund or exchanges, so please select carefully. All pre-orders are final - we are not able to cancel any pre-ordered items as these orders are sent to our suppliers immediately after your order is placed.
Customisations items
As each and every product on our website is made-to-order during peak periods surrounding yearly occasions your order will be dispatched up to 7-10 business days + shipping.
Outside of this your order will be dispatched within 4 - 6 business days after payment has been received.
We do offer a rush service at a fee if needed.
How do I share my favorite item ?
Feel free to leave a post and a photo on our social media pages. We love seeing people wearing our designs and even more so when we are out riding and we see one of our jackets in the traffic.
